Team Stat Manager (the "Service") is operated by KW Nexus LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
Team Stat Manager is a web-based platform that allows coaches, players, and parents to manage team rosters, track player statistics, and organize team information for youth and amateur sports teams.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent.
Coaches / Team Admins: Are responsible for managing their team's data, approving registration requests, and ensuring appropriate use of the platform by their team members. Players and Parents: Must use the platform in accordance with their team's guidelines and these terms. You may only access teams you have been authorized to join.
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or team data; (c) upload false, misleading, or inappropriate content; (d) interfere with the operation of the Service; (e) share your account credentials with others.
You retain ownership of the data you enter into the Service (rosters, statistics, team information). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display this data as necessary to provide the Service. Coaches and team admins may export or delete their team's data at any time.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.
Certain features may require a paid subscription. Pricing, billing cycles, and refund policies will be clearly presented at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
We strive to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for any downtime or data loss.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting your team admin or our support. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease, but we may retain certain data as required by law.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Team Stat Manager shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via the Service or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
