Team Stat Manager is operated by KW Nexus LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company ("we", "us", "our"). Account Information: When you register, we collect your name, email address, username, and password (stored securely as a hash). Team and Player Data: Coaches and team admins enter roster information including player names, jersey numbers, positions, statistics, and optional details like height, weight, graduation year, email, and phone number. Usage Data: We automatically collect basic usage information such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited to maintain and improve the Service.
We use your information to: (a) provide and maintain the Service; (b) authenticate your account; (c) send transactional emails such as password resets; (d) communicate important updates about the Service; (e) improve and develop new features.
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only in these limited circumstances: (a) with other members of your team as necessary for the Service to function (e.g., coaches see player stats, players see team rosters); (b) with service providers who help us operate the Service (e.g., email delivery, hosting); (c) when required by law or to protect our rights.
Team Stat Manager may be used by individuals under 18 as part of youth sports teams. We collect only the minimum information necessary to provide the Service. Player accounts for users under 13 should be created with parental consent. Parents and guardians can contact us to review, modify, or delete their child's information.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encrypted passwords (bcrypt hashing), HTTPS encryption in transit, and secure session management. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. When a team or account is deleted, associated data will be removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
You have the right to: (a) access the personal data we hold about you; (b) request correction of inaccurate data; (c) request deletion of your account and associated data; (d) export your team data. To exercise these rights, contact your team admin or email us.
We use session cookies to keep you logged in and maintain your preferences. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.
We use the following third-party services to operate: (a) Railway for hosting and database services; (b) Resend for transactional email delivery. These providers have their own privacy policies and process data on our behalf.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via the Service or email. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
