Delete Account
Team Stat Manager is operated by KW Nexus LLC. You can delete your account and the personal information associated with it at any time using the steps below.
1. Sign in at teamstatmanager.com/login or open the Team Stat Manager app on Android. 2. Open Settings (gear icon in the top-right). 3. Scroll to the Account section and tap Delete account. 4. Confirm the deletion. Your account will be removed immediately.
If you cannot sign in, or if you are the last coach on a team with an active paid subscription, email us at support@teamstatmanager.com from the email address on your account and include: • Your username (if known) • The name of the team you coach or play on • Confirmation that you want your account deleted We respond within 3 business days. If your team has an active subscription, we will cancel it and prorate any remaining balance before deleting your account.
When you delete your account, the following personal information is permanently removed: • Username, email address, full name, phone number • Profile photo (if any) • Coaching positions and titles • Password hash and active sessions • Push-notification tokens and any pending password-reset requests • Your link to a team or player record
For continuity of your teammates' experience, some content you contributed is retained in anonymized form: • Messages and announcements you sent remain visible to the other team members who received them, but with your name and profile information removed. This matches the policy permitted by Google Play and Apple App Store for shared content. • Stats and play records you logged on behalf of players remain associated with the player record (not with you personally). • Billing records are retained as required by US tax and accounting law (typically 7 years). We do not retain any personally identifying information beyond what is described above.
Account deletion is immediate when you use the in-app flow. Email requests are processed within 3 business days. Backups containing deleted account data are rotated out within 30 days.
